Because... 

Jean-Jacques is starting to make a name for himself in the French comic book milieu. 

This site is actually a means to showcase his work and therefore his talent. 

A number of well-known artists from various countries have already sent many messages to show their interest and encourage him to keep on doing his thing, trying to come up with the most entertaining work that he can and then trying to make it even better!

JJ is working for SEMIC FRANCE, the guys who also translate and publish comics from DC COMICS, DARK HORSE and IMAGE, among others. SEMIC is set to issue a brand new comic book whose title will bring many fond memories to long-time French fans, because FANTASK, the book's title, was among the first two books that introduced  MARVEL COMICS in France back in the late Sixties. 

FANTASK, vol.2, will feature material from DARK HORSE, SERGIO BONNELLI EDITORE and all-new French stories such as HOMICRON, a four-issue series written by Jean-Marc LOFFICIER, with JJ handling the pencils and Spanish artist Eduardo ALPUENTE taking care of the inks. FANTASK 1 will be released in France in January 2001.
